lower part of ankle on which touches the floor when one stands

What do you call that part of the ankle (rear part of sole) which rests on floor when one stands or walks?

You are referring to the heel of your foot, I believe, but note that this is not the ankle. The ankle is the joint that connects your foot to your leg.

Once you move down to the foot itself, you cannot call it the ankle any longer.
