I didnít know your first wife spoke "Swedish". Surprise about the language spoken

I didnít know your first wife "spoke" Swedish. Surprise about the facility for doing something.

I didnít know your "first" wife spoke Swedish. Surprise that the speaker was unaware that it was a particular person

I "didnít" know your first wife spoke Swedish. Surprise at the speaker's own lack of information.

I look forward to your reply.

    Thanks.
