Default There are tough times for home sales.

    Hello.

There are tough times for home sales.

It's wrong to say "There is a touch time for home sales," isn't it?

    Thank you.

It looks to me like a typo, for either of these (both of which would be OK):

These are tough times for home sales

    or

There are tough times ahead for home sales

('Tough times', in this context, means 'times of economic difficulty'; 'home sales' could have various meanings, depending on the nature of the business headed for tough times.)
