    Default exercise on future 2

    Dear teachers,

Here is another exercise. Would you please correct it ?

A- Hello Henry how are you?
    B- Fine and you ?
A- Not so bad, thanks. Listen Iím ringing to arrange a meeting with you. a) IíM COMING TO London next week to see some customers. b1) IíM SEEING them / b2) GOING TO SEE them (possible ?) in the morning. c) WILL you be free any time this afternoon?

B- d) I WONíT BE in London Iím afraid. e) IíM GOING for a few days on business.
A- Oh. Where f) ARE YOU GOING ?
B- To Germany. I have a meeting in Bonn. My company g1) IS OPENING / g2) WILL OPEN (?) an office there next year.

A- Mmm. Sounds exciting. When h1) WILL YOU GO / h2) ARE YOU GOING ?
B- On Monday evening, and i1) I WONíT BE back / i2) I AM NOT GOING TO BE back until Thursday morning.

A- Oh, well. I could stay overnight and see you then. What time j1) DOES / j2) WILL your plane GET in / j3) IS your plan GETTING in ?

B- 10.40, so if I get a taxi, k) IíLL / COULD BE in my office at 12.00.
A- On second thoughts, donít do that. l) IíLL SEE you at the airport. We can talk there. m) We WILL HAVE FINISHED by 2.00, probably, so then we can have something to eat and I can get the 3.00 shuttle back to Manchester. How does that sound?

B- Fine. Weíll sort it out then. Thanks for ringing.
A- Cheerio. n) IíLL SEE you on Thursday. Have a good trip.

    Thank you very much indeed!
    Best regards,
    Hela

Well, b1) and b2) are both possible, but I prefer the latter.

    I think g1) fits better.

Say: "I'll be in my office at 12:00."

    Dear teachers,

I am trying to concoct (can I say that ?) an exercise. Would you please tell me if my indications and answers are correct or not?

1/ Question: Your friend is having difficulty with her homework. Offer to explain it to her. =
Answer: Shall I help you with your homework ?

2/ You are always tired. Tell a friend what you plan to do about it. =
Iím going to take some days off. Iím always feeling tired these days. (Any better idea ?)

3/ Someone asks your age in your next birthday. (Is this sentence correct ?) =
How old will you be on your next birthday ? (???)

4/ A friend wants to know the departure time and the time of arrival of the next train to London. (correct sentence ?) =
When does the next train to London leave and when does it arrive ?
(Would you have a better question for a better answer ?)

5/ It has been raining all day. Suddenly the temperature drops to below a freezing point. Make a prediction. =
It has been raining all day; the temperature is most probably going to drop to below a freezing point.

Thank you for your dedication and help.
    Best regards,
    Hela

Yes, you can say concoct. You can also say devise.

That is fine, but there is, of course, more than one correct answer. (Example: "Would you like some help with your homework?")

    One possibility:
I am going to take some time off. I need some rest.

    I would say:
Someone asks you how old you will be on your next birthday.

A friend wants to know when the next train leaves for London. Thus, that person would say: "When does the next train leave for London?"

It's been raining all day and suddenly the temperature drops below freezing. Hm. It's going to snow?
