    Post Which sentence is correct?

    Please note that the keys for the main entrance are kept with the door itself. / please note that the keys for the maintrance are attached to the door. / please note that the keys for the main entrance are being kept with the door.

    It depends on where the keys actually are. They're probably hanging on a hook near the door. Don't use 'attached' to the door unless they are attached.
    How about:
    Please note that the keys for the main entrance are hanging by/near the door.

    Wouldn't it be simpler just to leave door unlocked?

    We need to lock this door and inform to the client where the keys are, so can I write as follows.

    Please note that the keys for the main entrance are hanging in the key hole to the door

    You could simple say "Please note that the key to the main entrance is already in the door".
