    He's in bed with flu.

    Hello.

Definition of flu, Macmillan Online Dictionary: Free American English Dictionary and Thesaurus
    flu
a very common infectious disease that lasts a short time and makes you feel hot or cold, weak, and tired
    - He's in bed with flu.
    -
the flu: I've got the flu.

Can I say "He's in bed with the flu" and "I've got flu"?

    Thank you.

I always say "the flu". I wouldn't say "I've got flu".
