    Default places to go

Cant stop now. Places to go. People to see.

What are the meanings those two sentences in red?

    Hello Tinkerbell,

I am not a teacher but I give you one way to find your answer.

Go on the web and type : Cambridge Dictionary Online.

I am sure you understand better if you try first by yourself.

    Have a nice day.

    Nonsense, The French.
A dictionary will not help this poster, since it is quite obvious that she understands the meaning of the individual words.

    It means:
I can't stop and talk to you now. I have places to go to, and people to see.
This simply means "I'm busy, so I can't stop and talk at the moment".

It's a common expression, used exactly like that. It doesn't work as "Place to go. I need to see some people" for example.

Place to go. People to see. Just like that. (See, the person is so busy that he doesn't even have time to say "I have" in his sentences.)

Thanks The French. You are welcome.
You could show your gratitude by not trying to teach aspects of English which you don't have a clue about though. Perhaps you don't realise that 80-90% of the advice you give is wrong.
I do understand your wanting to teach and help people though.
Perhaps you could participate by learning English here, and say, teaching French on a French learning site? I think this would be a more appropriate use of your undoubted talents.
You have a nice day too, OK!
