    Default these type of statistics

    Hello.

Whatever my original opinion on these type of statistics, together with Beth, we have become part of the birthrate and have affected the average birth age. However, I don't think that science will ever be able to fully explain why my home is currently drowning in a sea of pink baby clothing.

Isn't these type ungrammatical? Is these types correct?

    Thank you.

Yes, It is a countable noun, so use of plural form is grammatical.

It could also have read "this type of statistic" or "this type of statistics".
From a quick read, I think he's only talking about one type of statistic/s.
