    1 to 3

Are these correct? If not, why?
    1. In quantities of 1 to 3, the discs are running $10 to $15. (If this is okay, how come 'quanitites' is plural? It says '1 to 3', what if the quantity is 1, quantities' still work?)
    2. In quantity of 1 to 3, the discs are running $10 to $15.

    Thanks.

    Re: 1 to 3

Sentence #1 is speaking of three possible quantities, Jack-- a quantity of one, a quantity of two, and a quantity of three.

    Sentence #2 is wrong.
