Dear Lolo Katti:
These words are, with some possible exceptions, 'novelty' words. People don't actually use them except in rare and limited cases in some kind of medical and/or scientific setting. For example, 'antidisestablishmentarianism' is an English word, but to my knowledge it is now only used by children trying to amaze and confound their friends.
If, for some reason, you do need to pronounce such a word, you should be able to look it up in any good dictionary and work out its pronunciation.
I did notice that the spellings you have submitted are unusual (those for antidisestablishmentarianism, electroencephalograph, for example). This wold make it difficult to check their pronunciations.
