    Default "OU" sounds

I have a problem pronouncing some words. As obvious as it may sound, I can not pick up the correct pronunciation of some words such as "program." The word "program" has the OU sound at the beggining of the word. Other examples are phones, both, old, most. Can you think of other words that have that OU sound at the beggining of the word? What to you may seen obvious, to me it is not because I am an ESL student. I thank you in advance for taking your time. Write as many as you wish.

I thank you for help; however, I could not access that website. Is there anyway you can just jot down some of those words? words that have the OU sound at the beggining. Program is an example.
