    Default Lived / Lives

Let's say I know this guy who lived in that place a couple years ago and maybe he sitll lives there right now or maybe he don't. What do I use?

    1. I know someone that lives there.
    2. I know someone that lived there.

    or
    3. I know someone that lives there if he is still there. (Is this better?)

    Thanks.
