    I'd us 'it has increased and increased' and it's used to emphasise the number of times it has happened. I'm not sure about 'ended and ended'; you could have a context for it, but without the context it doesn't make much sense.

    In what situation do i use or say?

    1) The value of the house has increased and the value of the house
    is increased.

    2) The class has ended and the class is ended. Thank you.
