When do i say?
It has increased and it has increased
It is ended and it has ended
I'd us 'it has increased and increased' and it's used to emphasise the number of times it has happened. I'm not sure about 'ended and ended'; you could have a context for it, but without the context it doesn't make much sense.
Sorry ! what i meant was
In what situation do i use or say?
1) The value of the house has increased and the value of the house
2) The class has ended and the class is ended. Thank you.
