Your questions should allow you to understand whether the students have grasped the ideas behind what you're teaching. In the first, for instance, I assume that the point being taught is the causative, where someone doesn't do the action but causes it to be done. Firstly analyse the sentences and get the item that they are illustrating, and they are grammatical structures of one sort or another, then ask questions that will show you whether they have grasped this point.
Your question for number three doesn't go to the heart of the difference between will graduate and will have graduated, where the perfect aspect shows or emphasises completion.
