    Default I was thinking

Are these correct? If not, why?
    1. I was thinking if you do that, it may not work.
    2. I was thinking if you repair it, it will still not work.

Should the above be changd to:
    3. I was thinking if you did that it might not work.
    4. I was thinking if you repaired it, it would still not work.

Or is #1 and #2 are okay as they are not imaginary conditionals.

    Thanks.

1 & 2 are OK- it depends on the likelihood of the repairs. I'd say 'thinking that if you..'.

    1. I was thinking if you do that, it may not work.
    1. She asked me if I want to work next week. (This is not correct? How come the one in the quote is correct? Or is the structure different from the quote? If so, what kind of structure is it?)
    2. She asked me if I wanted to work next week. (This is correct?)

    Thanks.
