    Thank you for the link. I have a question though. Is there a site listing the same (or similar) phonetic transcription character set in a different format (html?), since .pdf does not allow to use the 'copy and paste' method. It would be helpful for the users to be able to include the IPA characters in their own examples, questions, etc. Any ideas?

    You can use this tool to type phonemic symbols to be inserted in a word processor. You can also use it to produce the code needed to insert phonemic symbols in a web page.
