    "That there is more than reasonable doubt here"

    I did not understand the meaning of "That" in the following sentence
    "That there is more than reasonable doubt here"

    Its an incomplete statement and the portion before that has been left out...

    The point which I am trying to raise is that there is more than resonable doubt here.
