Default unrelated ouns joined by the same verb

I used to kow this word and now it's really annoying me that I ca't remember it. What is the term for two seemigly urelated nouns joined by the same verb - e.g.
I'd love to make that much noise with impuity and a megaphone
    or
I greeted him with a handshake and ill-will

I'd love to be reminded what this is called!
