    one of Socrates quotes

Socrates: God in everything but time, and chance pilots all human events and later on artful skill.

Have you ever heard of this quote from Socrates? And what does it mean?

    Re: one of Socrates quotes

I gues that it means that God is present in everything except time, so human events are governed by chance and later on by skill.
