    Default Is this a Grammar or a Vocabulary test?

    Hello!please share to me your ideas about this type of question:

    1. I am in a hurry. I'll be _______ for work.
    a. early b. ready c. late


    Is this a Grammar or a Vocabulary test?

    I asked my of my friends and classmates but they have varied answers..

    Please let me know yours and if you don't mind, please give some reasons why it is a grammar or a vocabulary one..Thanks~

    Not a teacher. I think it is a vocabulary test because you have to understand the meaning of the sentence to answer it. The three choices are all adjectives, if it were a grammar test, these choices shoud be different parts of speech.
