Could you give a bit more context?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Yes, very likely.

    - What's wrong with the TV?
    - Umm... the satellite dish is broken... I will call the guy on Monday.
    - Is that your answer for everything? Just 'call the guy' ?
    - Of course not, sometimes I call the girl.
    - Understood.
    - There was a time in which the girl turned out to be the guy... but needless to say, I had full cash refund.

I believe the guy the asker wants to know about is someone who fixes people's broken stuff.

The sink flooded the bathroom, call the guy (the plumber).
