    Cool Impassioned?Passionate?

    Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me the difference between the word "impassioned" & "passionate"? I always got mixed up with these two words.

    THX~

It seems that while impassioned refers to someone filled with passion (i.e. devotion, ultimate care), passionate can convey the dominance of powerful emotions in general...

I wish someone could back this up, though...

I agree- you can be passionate about something (in general) without being impassioned (at the moment).
