    does it sound right?

"I felt the chair vibrate while I was sleeping and I was woken up by this feeling."

Saw this in some other forum, can someone make it sound right (i guess this guy sleeps on chair )?

You would use woken or wakened? Put an "up" after that too?

    Thanks.

Either woken up or waked up. Both are acceptable. In my dialect, North American, "woken up" is more common.

    What about?

The chair started to vibrate while I was sleeping, and it (the vibration) woke me up.
