    I need an expert to tell me the meaning of the idioms;

    Have you tried to look these up?

    Both of them are in the idiom section of this site.

    English Idioms and Idiomatic Expressions -
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
