    I've seen these words here and there, I think I'm confused.

    I would appreciate if someone could explain their usage to me.

    I let...
    You let...
    He/She/It lets...

    "Let's" means 'Let us', as in "Let's go; it's almost midnight!"
    But to say 'She won't let us go home early today.', you cannot use "let's".

    That's a start. Ask some questions if you wish.
