lost in editing. Meaning is obscure(d)

It means she reaches her clients, she is hosted and in exchange of low parcel she gives tips.

Does anyone know what this sentence might mean? I surely think no one can actually BE hosted and how does one do that in exchange of a low parcel (i.e. shipping rates???)

    Completely lost here....

Any help would be appreciated to the max!

By hosted, I imagine it means they receive her. I honestly have no idea about the rest- could she be doing something dodgy or illegal and handing over cash in return for a preferntial deal?

Hi, I'm sure she is not received or anything, but your reaction a long with those of others from natives speak volumes! It's complete gibberish! Prerogative of an editor: MERCILESSLY DELETING SENTENCE....YESSS

    Thanks anyway!

Delete sounds like the best option.
