Default use of comma before 'must'

Is the use of comma before 'must' correct in the following sentence?

Big or small, weak or mighty, rich or poor, must all die.

    Thanks
    San

You should rephrase it slightly, like this: "Big or small, weak or mighty, rich or poor, all must die".
