    Apart from the fact that the first sentence is incorrect grammar, two letters (ly) is the difference.

    "Really" is an adverb, and since you are modifying the adjective "good," you must use an adverb.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
