    Default grammar

    Dear teachers,

I sent the same thread just now but couldn't find it in Forum. So I am sending it again.

I have two questions to ask.
    No.1

One thing should be made clear: that the contents of the report were good.
My question is since there is a colon do we still need the word "that"?

    No.2

The music is basically designed to build a tempo to work to.
Could you please explain what "to build a tempo to work to" mean?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you in advance.

    Jiang

1- No, we don't need it- it's fine without.
2- A rhythm that helps people work.
