    including

    Hi,

    Background:
Because of the word "including", I am not sure what I can answer for a question on my application

    Question:
Can I answer something not related to positions of responsibility that you have held outside of work, for example, academic achievement?

    The question on application form:
Tell us examples of any key achievements including any positions of responsibilities that you have held outside of work?

    Thanks

It's not just about the positions of responsibilities, as they may be parts of your achievements (this is what "including" means)...So you can mention any key achievements as well as the positions you've already held.
