    I'm the only person.....

    I'm the only person that care about you.
    I'm the only person that cares about you.
    Which of the above is right since the "that" represents the subjective "I"?

    "Cares" is correct.

    Far preferable, however, is the sentence: "I'm the only person who cares about you."
