    Arrow which word to choose

    Hi there,

If an article in the criminal code contains information anout a certain type of offence or crime, do we say:

    1) An offence specified in Article 23
    2) A crime provided in Article 23
    3) A criminal act set in Article 23

Which one is more common in legal English?
    Thanks in advance.
