    Default games / sport events

    Hi,

    Question:
Do I use "games and sport events" correctly?

    Sentence:
My girlfriend would attend sport events. For example, she would attend the games of a tennis club 3 times a week.

    Thanks

We would either say "sports events" or, more likely, "sporting events." When it comes to tennis we generally have "matches," not games, although games would be understood.
