    Pronunciation of "Before"

    Hi All,

I'd like to know how to pronounce the word of "Before"?

Be fore or Ba fore, sometimes I hear people Ba fore, is it correct?

    Re: Pronunciation of "Before"

It would be more like /bɪfɔ:(r)/ than 'Be fore', that is, the first syllable is unstressed, rhyming with the 'bi' in 'bin' or 'biscuit'.

    Ba fore isn't correct.
