    When do you use "Of" vs "For"; example below:

    We do not have a consistent formal process for monitoring and driving cross-organizational production readiness of assembly designs, which presents risk for product quality and schedule adherence.

    "For" makes sense here in both instances. You might get away with "of" in the first instance but "of product quality" would have the opposite meaning from "for."
