    hard-driving

    Dear all,
what's the meaning of hard-driving in the following sentence?

That's what a nonstop, hard-driving work ethic will do for you.

    Thanks in advance.

The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines hard-driving as "intensely ambitious, energetic, or hardworking." I can't do any better. Add these three together and you have hard-driving. You know the type.
