    What does this phrase mean?(is that all there is to it?)

    You would use that phrase when you are surprised and you want to say:
    "That's it?", "That's all?", "That's all it takes?", "Is it that simple", etc

    ex.
    -To cross the border between USA and Canada all you need is a driver's license.
    -Is that all there is to it?
    -Yep, that's it!
