    - Which sentence is grammatically right ?

    “ Thanks in advance “ and “ Thanks first “

    - Which sentence is grammatically right ?

    You're telling lies (or 'a lie')
    You're lying

    'You tell lie' doesn't work, becuase 'you tell' suggests a habit. You could say 'you tell lies', but this wouldn't refer to the current conversation.
