I have a assignment to write the teacher a letter, she just stated to put it in letter form and we must answer questions in the letter. Should i do formal letter like Dear... or just address it to Dr... and then answer the questions like a business letter.. tell me what you think thanks

How do you normally address her in class? If you call her Dr xxx in class, I'd I'd use 'Dear Dr xxxx'.

Well its an internet class. I think of just putting dear dr.. cause that what she uses when she writes us.. Do you think i should put my address and info at the top of the letter like formal letter are even know this is being sent over the internet.

I do think you can use the style in Internet. No need to be too formally :(
In fact, the teacher will not care about this, if he/she really is an Internet fan.:)
