    Hmm. The directions still say "The name of the main language you speak". This is still misleading and ambiguous, and I think it would be better simply deleted.
    A Chinese person living in the USA might believe he mainly speaks English now, and he might be right. However, he is likely to be fluent in Chinese, and poor in English.
    I was hoping that the change in the instructions would clarify that the intention isn't for him to write 'English'. But he is still directed to.

    This affects not only those of us who are trying to teach, but also other learners who would be tempted to use this Chinese person's English (his Native language as still defined - the one he speaks the most) as a reliable template.
