    Default Break off/up

    Hello
Could you explain, if we are talking about relationship, for example "The have broken off/up" both mean that they have ended their relationship?
And also there are 2 verbs "split up" and "be through with". Eventually - 4 verbs for "ending relationship"? :)
    Thanks

Yes, in the context you are talking about, they all mean the same.
