    Rather than Thank you in advance, it would be better to say Thank you for your consideration.

    These corrections might make them grammatical but this happy stuff sounds kind of awkard, maybe "be glad" or "be pleased" might do the trick, but I can't say for sure. A native-speaker is needed here.
