Unless you know something that I don't, "Danaher" would be pronounced just as it looks: Dan - a - her.

How would you pronounce the name?

To be honest, I didn't know how to pronounce it until you told me.

Is it wrong to pronounce it as "Don - uh - her"?

    Re: Pronunciation of "Danaher"

I'd say it would be pronounced dan-a-hair with the stress on 'Dan'. The 'h' sound is more accurately a 'ch' sound in Gaelic languages, which is the voiceless velar fricative for those of you who know phonetics. It is the Anglicised version of the Irish surname Danachair.

However, all of your pronounciations are fine, as it's close enough to the real thing. Often, pronunciation of surnames vary.
