(3) I very respectfully call your attention to: the sixteen years old whom has been expelled. I'm pretty certain the great teachers at this site would suggest: The sixteen-year-old who has been expelled. "Sixteen-year-old" is a noun; In "sixteen-year-old student," it is an adjective modifying "student." Regarding "who" and "whom," there is no space to explain them. Please type in "who/whom" in the "search" box of this site and you'll get plenty of help. A little suggestion: If you are ever in doubt, then just use "who." When you use "who" incorrectly, it is never as "bad" as "whom" when it is used incorrectly. Good luck on your career.

I would have to agree with The Parser.
who has been expelled? Robert Jacobs.
That makes him the subject of the relative clause, so you must use 'who'.
