    Hi,

I'd like to know the difference between the below sentences.

    1. It's important that she should talk to me when she gets here.
    2. It's important that she talk to me ~.
    3. It's important that she talks to me ~.

    Best regards...

Should is used to express advices
    so
I think it sounds wrongly if you say "she should talk to me"
A top of that, If you say "It's important" you are not expressing advice. Yu say her that she must.
    So i would say
It's important (that) She talks to me when (She) gets here.

    I accept corrections

The second uses the prsent subjunctive, which is used in American English, but it is becoming very rare in British English. To me, they mean pretty much the same thing.
