    Default preposition on or in

    Dear Teachers

    Could you tell me which preposition I should use in the given sentence?

    Data are transmitted on/in the same frequency.

    'on' or 'in' or maybe 'at' is possible?

    at the same frequency = the same rate
    on the same frequency = radio frequency, etc
