    No, no sentence that includes "ur" (or "dis" or "plz") is correctly written.

    Please note that as this is a forum for leaning English, it's appreciated if the questions use standard English in their phrasing.

    However, if you had asked whether "Do not go overboard with your emotions." -- with correct capitalization, words, and punctuation -- is a correct sentence, then the answer is yes.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
