[Grammar] Electric or electrical

hello..just a simple question,,,take a look at this,,,(the teacher took us to the lab and we made an ...........experiment) 1.electrical 2.electricity 3.electric
electric and electrical what's the differnce between them and how can i know which one is it,,and if it could be electricity how can the sentence changed can it work as we made an electricity's experiment ,,,thanks in advance..
