    Hi,

    Question:
    Which sentence is more correct?

    Sentence1:
    I gained the experience in arranging activities.
    Sentence2:
    I gained experience in arranging activities.
    Sentence3:
    I gained the team working experience.
    Sentence4:
    I gained team working experience.

    Normally we would not "the" in these sentences.
