Hello, I am high school student and i am doing an assignment to develop a mission statement of a sportswear manufacturer, i hope you can help me check the sentence structure of the following statement:

Leading the sportswear market by developing high quality and innovative fabric and offering the comfortable and durable sportswear.

is it in a right sentence structure?
or is there any suggestion to imporve this statement?

There is a difference among a company's Mission, Goals and Objectives although many organizations group these three into one statement. But without going into a lot of detail and to stay with your statement I would only make some minor changes:"To lead the sportswear market by developing high quality and innovative fabrics and offering comfortable and durable sportswear."
